Aware workshop
On Friday we had the aware workshop. A man came and show us a presentation about feelings, emotions and thoughts. The first thing he did was giving us a little book, it was the presentation in little format.
He explained us what was the anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. It was interesting and useful because now I know more things about mental health. He purposed us a group activity. We had to write the actions, the feelings and the thoughts of what would happen if in a group you don’t fit in. It was better than the last workshop.
